Workbrain’s Speed 2 Value Methodology
Implementation Methodology

Our unique methodology, Speed 2 Value (S2V), combines proven industry best practices with Workbrain’s implementation experience in deploying large-scale workforce management solutions. S2V incorporates an iterative approach to implementation enabling faster user-adoption, lower implementation risk and speed time-to-deployment.
The S2V process has five stages, each with its own set of deliverables and timelines. For each stage, the S2V methodology provides guidance, tools and templates to enable continuous project tracking, rapid knowledge transfer and an overall efficient implementation. The five stages of S2V include:

Plan: Set-up your project for success and establish the framework by developing your project charter.

Discover: Analyze your business requirements and document high-level system, business process, and interface workflows.  Determine the number of iterations required to implement your overall solution and define each iteration scope and timeline.

Execute: For each iteration, complete analyze, design, configure and build activities and release the Workbrain application to end-users for acceptance testing. When all iterations are completed, the solution is ready for deployment.

Transition: Parallel and performance testing is conducted, end-users are trained and application becomes production ready.

Deploy: Execute the rollout plan, transition the Workbrain application into production mode and go live.

The iterative approach deployed in our S2V methodology engages business-users throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, enabling improved end-user satisfaction, increased business buy-in and faster deployment of your Workbrain solution.
