Compensation
Workbrain compensation packages include:
- Industry competitive base salaries
- Eligibility for the semi-annual performance based cash bonus
- Eligibility for merit increases following performance reviews based on enhancements in level of skill, effort, productivity and quality of work
- Eligibility to participate in a regional retirement savings plan and to receive corporate matching for their contributions
- Opportunity to gain ownership in Workbrain through participation in the employee share ownership plan (ESOP)
Work-life Balance

All new employees are entitled to earn a minimum of up to 15 paid vacation days per year. In addition, you will earn one personal day per quarter to use as you see fit. Workbrain also gives employees sick days and the standard statutory holidays.
Training & Development
Workbrain ensures continuous personal development of employees through a number of programs including our mentor program, internal and external training courses and on the job training. We encourage employees to develop their skills and strive for movement both within their departments and within the company.
Mentorship
As a new hire you will be paired with an experienced Workbrain professional who will act as a mentor to help you integrate smoothly into the workplace. Mentors are available to provide advice and guidance to help you start off on the right foot.
Training
Workbrain encourages participation in internal and external training opportunities. Boot-camp is an intensive internal training course that provides new hires with a sound background in the functional and technical aspects of Workbrain’s solutions. It also provides training on company processes, procedures and skills such as consulting services. In addition, employees have the opportunity to participate in external training courses that will help them to grow and excel in their careers.
Education Leaves
Workbrain encourages employees to pursue further educational opportunities. Employees have taken advantage of our leave of absence program to pursue graduate degrees in various disciplines at institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, Rotman, University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto.
